Refund policy
Every Book Devotees tee and sweatshirt is printed just for you after you order, so we're not able to accept returns or exchanges. If something's wrong with your order, though, we'll make it right.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send you a replacement at no cost to you. You won't need to send anything back.
Lost or missing parcel?
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help.
How to let us know
Email help@bookdevotees.com within 10 days of your order arriving, and include:
- your order number
- a photo showing the problem (for damaged, misprinted or wrong items)
We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Before you order
Because each item is made to order, please check the size chart and your color choice before you buy.
