Please note that we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review product details and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For incorrect orders or faulty items, please contact us via email at  help@bookdevotees.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the issue. 

Please note that in any case, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
